  • If you're not the owner of the Apple AirPods or don't have proof of ownership
  • If your single claim is over the value chosen for your claim limit.
  • Any AirPods that are already damaged or not working correctly. If you bought your Apple AirPods from a company not registered in the UK or a non-UK permanent resident.
  • If anyone other than yourself or immediate family had the gadget at time damage occurred.
  • If it is only for cosmetic damage.
