Compare Nationwide FlexPlus phone insurance

Nationwide FlexPlus account includes phone insurance as an additional benefit which is part of their packaged account. You can start benefiting from the insurance that comes with it as soon as your account is active.

Read on to see how it compares to our own insurance.

Is Nationwide FlexPlus phone insurance worth it?

Phone insurance comes as standard when you apply for a Nationwide FlexPlus account. It is included as a benefit in return for the £13 monthly fee for maintaining the account.  You also get Travel Insurance and Breakdown Cover included within the fee, and don't need to pre-register your devices before being covered.
Some accounts offer you a discount or a refund on a proportion of the fee if you pay in a set amount each month, but this varies between suppliers.

If you close your account, then your policy will be automatically cancelled as well. If you're looking for the flexibility of an independent policy that you could cancel at anytime, you might want to consider other options in the market.
