When can I purchase insurance? To purchase Vodafone mobile phone insurance, you need to be a Vodafone pay-monthly customer and your device must be under 37 months old. Insurance can be bought anytime as long as the phone is under 36 months old.

When can I cancel?

Who carries out the repairs?
Repairs are carried out and managed through Vodafone's approved repair process and service network, which may include third-party repair centres appointed by Vodafone. Our UK based repair centre uses quality repairs and replacements in all claims.
When will the insurance stop?
  • Insurance may be terminated if the maximum number of claims is reached (typically up to three claims in a 12-month period), after which the policy may be cancelled.
  • The cover will end if your Vodafone Device Plan or Vodafone Airtime Plan is cancelled, as the insurance is linked to your active Vodafone mobile contract.
  • Your policy will also automatically end if your Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile contract is terminated or no longer in place.
Insurance will only be terminated upon the policyholder's instruction at any point during the lifetime of the policy or any ongoing claim.
