Who are So-Sure?

Other claim limits? Any accidental damage or breakdown claims must be reported within 28 days after the incident date. No time limit for when you can claim. However, it is strongly advisable that you make your claim as soon as possible.
How much is the excess? The amount depends on the make and model of the phone. For theft and loss claims, the excess could be higher.  The amount depends on the make and model of the phone. You'd pay the same excess amount for all claim types.
