  • If you change or upgrade your handset, you can easily change the policy accordingly. All you  need to do is Contact Us and our Client Services Team will amend your details. Your new  handset will be covered from the day you notify us of the change providing the handset is no  more than 6 months old at the time of the amendment, as evidenced by the relevant proof of  purchase.
