Where can Samsung Care+ be purchased?
Samsung Care+ can be purchased as an add-on to your warranty at the time of purchase, or within the first six months. The insurance can be bought either from:
Samsung directly (at time of purchase or within the first 6 months of purchasing the phone).
Any other retailer (6 months from purchase to register your device and buy Samsung Care+).
Samsung Experience Store (within the first 30 days of the purchasing the phone).
What is the difference between Samsung Care+ from the Samsung Warranty?
Warranties are offered at the time of purchase of your Samsung phone.
Whilst both the Samsung Warranty and Samsung Care+ can cover you for 24 months, Samsung Care+ can also cover you for accidental damage, whereas the warranty only provides protection against mechanical faults.
