Apple Pay is now available with all the big banks now that Barclays have confirmed that all of their customers can link up their credit and debit cards to the Apple pay service.
Apple pay, if you don’t know what it is, is a bit like contactless payment with your debit or credit card but instead of using your card, you use your iPhone or even your Apple watch.
This sort of contactless payment using a mobile phone has been available for some time but it’s taking time to catch on. Now that Apple are fully up and running with all of the big banks signed up, maybe we will see more and more people paying for things by swiping their phones and not just their cards.
