  • Yes, provided the retail price of the phone does not exceed your Limit of Liability as evidenced on your Certificate Schedule. In the event the retail cost of your mobile phone exceeds your Limit of Liability, you will be liable for the additional costs above this limit. This will be advised to you when we authorise your claim and can be paid by credit or debit card. In the event of a claim, you will be required to provide evidence of the original order and/or contract under which the mobile phone was supplied confirming the make, model and the IMEI number of the mobile phone.
