  • We aim to assess your claim within 2 working days of receipt of a fully completed claim form  and all supporting documentation. If your claim is due to Theft or Loss please allow up to a  further 3 to 5 working days for a replacement item to be issued (depending upon stock level). 

    If your claim is due to Accidental Damage or Unauthorised Calls please allow up to a further 5  to 7 working days for your item to be repaired (subject to parts).
