We choose to only offer mobile phone insurance and the insurers are AIG Europe Limited. AIG Europe Limited is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority (FRN 202628). Which service will we provide you with?
You will not receive advice or recommendation from us for mobile phone insurance. We do however provide you with information to help you make your own choice about how to proceed.

We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days of receiving it, keep you informed of progress and do our best to resolve matters to your satisfaction within 8 weeks. If we are unable to do this you may be entitled to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service who will review your case. We will provide full details of how to do this when we provide our final response letter addressing the issues raised.
Are the Insurers covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
You may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for Your insurance benefits if the Insurers become insolvent or are unable to meet their obligations.
