Who we are

We are insurance2go, a company dedicated to offering great value mobile phone insurance to our UK customers.

Insurance 2 Go is a trading name of Loyal Insurance Services Ltd which was set up by two colleagues Duncan Spencer and Gary Beeston who met and worked for a major high street mobile phone retailer.

Here they realised that there was a market for really great value for money mobile phone insurance that offered comprehensive cover at a far more competitive price than was (and still is) offered at high street mobile phone retailers and the networks.

Background

Loyal Insurance have been trading successfully for over 6 years. Loyal Insurance Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (number 430316) giving you reassurance that you're dealing with a reputable company that is operating in a strong regulatory environment and all policies are protected by the financial services compensation scheme.

Whose products do we offer?

We choose to only offer insurance underwritten by a single insurance undertaking – Jubilee Managing Agency Limited.

Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or recommendation from us for insurance. We do however provide you with information to help you make your own choice about how to proceed.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

It is always the intention to provide you with a first class service when you make a claim. However, if you are not happy with the service please in the first instance write to the Managing Director of the Administrator. If you are not satisfied with the response you may then ask the Complaints Department at Lloyd's of London 1 Lime Street, London EC3M 7HA to review your case and ultimately you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR. Are the Insurers covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? You may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for Your insurance benefits if the Insurers become insolvent or are unable to meet their obligations.
