Skype might be sold
There is mounting speculation that Skype, the internet telephony system, might be sold off by eBay possibly to a Mobile Communications company or to Google.
EBay have long ago admitted that they overpaid for Skype when they puchased it a few years ago finding it difficult to generate significant revenues from the services that has millions of users taking advantage of the free PC to PC but far fewer making paid for calls to landlines of mobiles.
