Nokia profits drop, LG losses
Nokia have reported a 69% drop in it’s 4th quarter profits to £702 million. The profit drop has been atributed to a decrease in handset sales. Its shares in Helsinki droped by 6.84% on the news.
LG the manufacturer of Mobile Phones and flat screen TVs reported its first net loss in seven quarters. The reason given is due to the falling prices of TVs.
